The hotel had a very modern and stylish decor, a pleasant surprise. The room we booked was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, being just a stone's throw away from a major tube station. This made it easy to travel to and from the airport, a big plus for us.
We did have some issues with the customer service before our arrival. There was some confusion regarding the payment, with the hotel initially stating that we could pay on arrival but then requesting payment in advance.

As longer term business travelers, we found the location of the hotel to be ideal, being just a short walk away from our office. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. We couldn't fault the hotel in any way. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, all well-prepared and satisfying.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was literally next to the tube station. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were cute and accommodating. The room was spacious, modern, and clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location was fantastic, right next to the Aldergate East underground station. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry provided. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a refreshing drink and the amenities in the room were convenient, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe for valuables. The room itself was comfortable, complete with a sitting area and television. The dining restaurant, bar/lounge area and snack bar were great conveniences. The staff on shift were professional and friendly. this place exceeded my expectations.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for enhanced comfort and quality services.

We loved the modern style of the hotel and the fantastic location close to Aldgate East tube station. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, but we were disappointed not to find hot chocolate in the drinks tray as advertised. we had a great stay and would recommend Clayton to others.

This hotel's location couldn't be better, situated within walking distance to Aldgate East tube stop, it's opposite the station. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is lovely, with a wide range of options. The hotel offers great view of the city.
The bar area is on the smaller side, which might make it tough to sit and relax comfortably.
